At Chiltern Hills Academy, our Sixth Form team is dedicated to helping every student thrive. We work together to create a safe and inspiring environment where academic challenge is balanced with personal growth. Guided by honesty, respect, compassion, and hope, our staff are here to support, advise, and encourage students as they prepare for their next steps in life.

Our Sixth Form Leaders
Mr Tim Dobbs – Principal
Leads the Academy with a clear vision for high achievement and personal growth, ensuring every student has the opportunity to create, aspire, and excel.
Mrs Falcon – Assistant Principal
Works closely with staff and students to maintain high standards across the Academy, supporting teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.
Mrs Hemsworth – Head of Sixth Form
Provides leadership, guidance, and pastoral care for all Sixth Form students, helping them to grow in confidence and achieve their ambitions.

Miss Forssling – Sixth Form Administrator
Offers day-to-day support to students and families, ensuring that Sixth Form life runs smoothly and that students always have a friendly point of contact.
Mrs Groom – Careers Co-ordinator
Organises a wide range of careers events and opportunities, helping students explore pathways for work, apprenticeships, and higher education.
Mrs Chloe Lewis – Independent Careers Adviser (DR Associates)
Provides expert one-to-one guidance, helping students to make informed and confident decisions about their future education and career choices.
Together, this team ensures that our students not only achieve academically but also develop the self-discipline, compassion, and confidence to excel as thoughtful members of society.
