How We Work with Students

Our Careers Team is here to inspire and support students at every stage of their journey. This includes:

  • One-to-One Guidance – personalised careers interviews in key years, helping students reflect on their interests, strengths, and next steps.
  • Careers Fairs & Employer Talks – regular opportunities to hear directly from professionals and discover a wide range of career pathways.
  • University & Apprenticeship Events – trips, fairs, and workshops to explore post-16 and post-18 options.
  • Workshops & Skills Development – CV writing, mock interviews, and employability workshops that build confidence and prepare students for the world of work.
  • Work Experience & Shadowing – hands-on opportunities to explore real workplaces and build valuable skills.

Through this programme, we aim to nurture curiosity, build confidence, and equip students with the tools to thrive in whichever path they choose.
